U15 and U18 Conditioning Camps - Spring 2025


Join us as we look to improve your athlete's conditioning, strength and quickness with targeted off ice and on ice training. 

Program details:

  • 9 weeks
  • U15 and U18 athletes

    • 10 hours of ice
    • 6+ pre-skate dryland sessions
  • Program Focus:
    • Advanced Speed and Agility
    • Advanced Strength and Power
    • Advanced Cardio/Endurance
  • Goalie-specific on-ice training for goalies 
  • U18 Conditioning on ice Coach - TBD
  • U15 Conditioning on ice Coach - TBD
  • Dryland Coaching - TBD

Schedule will be communicated once ice is confirmed.

Drop-in options will be available for Academy ID skate evaluation once the ice schedule is confirmed.

Dryland will be hosted 1.5 hours before each ice time
