10.25 hours total over 9 sessions
40-45 min - Edge Boss Hockey
- Maximize Edge Work
- Power Skating with Puck
- High-Tempo Conditioning
20-30 min - Small Area Game-Play
Learning Objectives:
Improve your on-ice movements then practice what you learned with small area games!
Prerequisites:
All players U7 - U11 are welcome
Cost:
Player: $365 includes GST and jersey
