Within a team setting we are creating a willingness to compete and excel in hockey with a focus on individual mindset, which will ultimately transition our academy players to compete and excel in every aspect of their futures.
Your player will need to be accepted into the academy based on willingness to compete & excel on and off the ice, previous display of team commitment and attitude towards coaches and respect for the game will play a factor.
