- 10 weeks
- U15, U16 &U18 athletes
- 10 hours of ice
- 10 pre-skate dryland sessions

- Advanced Speed and Agility
- Advanced Strength and Power
- Advanced Cardio/Endurance
- Goalie-specific on-ice training for goalies
- Coaches will feature our Team Head Coaches: Robert Tyszkiewicz, Marc L'Heruex, Nate Higgins, Kord Pankewicz and others

Dryland will be hosted 1.5 hours before each ice time outside arena, weather permitting.
